Placed an order for shoes, when comapny didnt respond I disputed the order with paypal; then I sent them an email; they sent this back 04/17

Paypal gave them 10 days to respond on the 11th day I was to receive my money; but I checked my mail and received a sponge with tracking on, the same tracking they submitted to paypal... A sponge, really? Filed a claim with Paypal awaiting a response. But my next questiion why have PAYPAL continued to let this company get away with this??? I want my money!!!
