Ordered shoes on 8/8. Payment went through Paypal on that date. No receipt sent to my email. No shipping confirmation. Nothing. Checked my account on their site on 8/15 and it still said "processing". Emailed them and no response. Googled "hesell.com" on 8/17 and discovered the other complaints on this site. Filed a claim with Paypal. Shut em down!
