Running deceptive ads and not honoring them. Didn't take the add off of the website even after problems with the add were brought to their attention. Was told they would honor the price that was shown in the add and I would get a call back. After no call back I called a second time. No call. I submitted a complaint to customer service on the website... Again no call. I called again and after arguing with the rep who answered the call was told the Manager was busy now. I'll hold. She might be on the phone an hour. I'll hold. She came to the phone within five minutes and said they wouldn't honor the ad even though they know is deceptive in how it is written. Deceptive advertising!!!
