Misrepresentation city!

I just spent 1 hour on this reservation. First the agent who booked the rez told me he would match another website price. On that basis, I gave him my credit card and booked the rez. He told me my card would not be charged until we checked in. He then put me on hold for 50 minutes until customer service picked up. That agent said he was unable to honor the rate because it was too low and I should book it thru the other site. I told him how displeased I was since I had given all the information to the first agent who said they would honor it. Now it is going on 1 hour and 15 minutes this has taken me to find out the whole call was a waste. While I was being transferred to his supervisor to discuss, the agent disconnected me and no one ever called back. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? I am so dissatisfied with this service, I cannot even say the words, except that i view this as misrepresentation of gigantic proportions. I AM PISSED!!! Will never ever use them again. I just cancelled and wouldn't you know my card was charged and needed to be refunded. This group are a bunch of hacks.
