Deceptive Advertising - Won't honor ADVERTISED Price! Internet

I am wrinting to let you know how displease I am with Circuit City and their "customer service". I have been trying for two days to purchase a laptom computer, model # VGNFZ240EB. It is in their weekly ad for $1099.99 but on their website it is $1299.00. When I called to ask about the price difference, I was told that it was a website error and that someone would call me back. No one called me, so I tried again. I started with the Sales department, who transferred me to someone who transferred me back to sales, who transferred me back to someone else who transferred me back to sales. All in all, I spent over 3 hours on hold. I was disconnected several times. I was finally told that I could only purchase the itme for that price if I purchased it in a store, but if I wanted to buy it online it would cost $200.00 more. No where in the ad does it state that. I think that is false advertising and very deceptive. I got no results from their employees, so I I finally ended up hanging up for the last time and have decided to purchase my computer from Best Buy as they are selling it ONLINE for $1099.99. I think it is unfair to charge someone more money for the same product just because they are not close to one of their stores. I will be contacting an attorney as well. I live in South Florida where I am sure there are hundreds of attorneys who would love to sue a company as big as Circuit City for false and deceptive advertising. What they are doing is wrong and just plain disgusting. I have a Best Buy right down the street but I have always shopped at Circuit City. That is no longer the case. Not only will I NEVER shop at Circuit City again, I will be making a special trip to the closest store to return ALL of the Xmas gifts I have already purchased and buy them from Best Buy. They have lost a valued customer and I really cant wiat to get an ambitious young attorney involved. I'm sure there are lots of people who have gotten screwed and would love a piece of the pie...
