I've had this car insurance for about 4 years now and have never had a need to to use their roadside assistance (thank God) until today when my car wouldn't start. I called customer service and the wait time was 10 minutes, so I hanged up and decided to try the Spanish option and to my surprise, they answered right away. I thought everything was going well until the lady had to put me on hold for like 10 minutes. She then came back and asked a couple question and put me on hold again and it seemed like forever. She then transferred me to someone else and that lady had to put me on hold as well for I don't know what reason. At this point I Was already frustrated and asked to just please send someone to help and she was 'yes, that's what I'm trying to do." Uggh! So, she transferred me to another guy. After having having been on the phone for a total of 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes! (7min talking to an actual person and the rest was wait time) the guy tells me "Yes, help is on the way." I was relieved, "finally", I thought. "So, how long will it take for them to get here?" I asked. "It will be about 70 minutes", the man responded. "WaWawhat?" Did I hear right?"Are you serious? 70minutes?" I asked.

He was like "That's the best I can do, sorry?" I was so disappointed that i told him to cancel everything. I then just pulled a security car over and they helped jump start my car in less than a minute. Wow that was easy. That's where I should have started and saved my self the trouble of talking to those people on customer service. Think of seriously switching company.
