I called Dominion Power emergency # on 10/5 because the power line had separated from my house and is hanging so close to the ground there is risk of injury or death to a person, child and or animal. I called back 10/06 and was told the order had not been assigned. I called again on 10/7 and was told emergency response action are followed up by order of receipt and she could not give a time or date inwhich someone would come to the property (Personal Information Removed) I asked the power be turned off from the pole to avoid injury. I was told when they get around to it. I will be shopping for another electric company and I want others to know the lack of concern in existance for human life.
