After they charged me the 29.95, I was forced to go through a person in Indian who couldn't fix any of my problems. The scary part is, he connected to MY computer to do this. He could go anywhere in my computer and I was unable to lock him out. I could not understand him at all, it was a long wait, and now my computer is worse than it ever was. I want my money back. I will be contacting VISA.
