They told me that my computer had to be cleaned up from trash or it would crash! That was a lie, I called 1-877-883-3738 and paid them 100.00 with dept card they also charged me 79.88 on there. It took them 3 hr. S to go into my computer to fix, I thought. I called them about my overcharge of 79.88, they then said I had errors and warnings on computer and tryed to charge me again to clean it up, I ask them why was I charged a 100.00 if I still had problems, what did they do to my computer, they would answer me, never would tell me what they had done! Would change subject back to try to get me to buy another clean up. They got into my computer and took over, I watched them go into all my accounts, this is a scam, they never done anything to my computer and charged me 179.88. I have called them and asked for return of my money, they say it will take 4-6 days to return my money. Want me to e-mail company@activeris.com and ask for my refund. I was talking to someone in India. I am very, very upset!
