On July 31 I received a call from this company, and whoever called (could not understand what this person was saying most of the time). He wanted to know if I was in front of my computer. When I told him, "no", he said he would wait until I got on the computer. He told me there was something wrong with my computer and he had to fix it. He said he would shut my computer down so I would not be able to use it anymore. I said "You can't to that". He said, "I certainly can!" So, I went ahead with the transaction, to the tune of $149.00 using my VISA card. The next day I called customer service and told them not to let anymore transactions from this company. On September 9 I got a call wanting to send me a refund for $149.00. So I verified my name and address. On September 9, I received a call from my VISA card telling me that this company had charged $149.00 again. I am now trying to contact Kavishnotechsoft. They have to refund the money to me themselves. I could use some help getting my money back. Thank you.
