Unable to Log In From Computer Since December

I have been unable to log into my account from my home computer since December. I was able to log in using my phone app but do not understand why I am not able to log on using a laptop or desktop computer. I am a long-time customer and have never had this problem before.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Obscenely long wait times.
