Cant log on

Have been unable to log into my account from my home computer since December.. Was able to log in using my phone app but don't understand why I am not able to log on using a lap top or desktop computer. I am a long time customer and have never had this problem before..
Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Obscenely long wait times..
