The worst company ever! - direct tv

I have had DirecTV for over a year, I moved in May to a new home but it was infested with cockroaches so I had to move because it is a health hazard. I talked to a rep when I first knew I was going to move who said they would work with me with the moving costs because I was going through a rough time because my husband lost his job and I was being forced to move. I got my new address and called to tranfer services and they wanted to charge me $238!!! They absolutely REFUSED to work with me because the girl i spoke with did not note that they would help us. I spoke with a supervisor who REFUSED to help me as well. I have had nothing but problems DO NOT GET DIRECTV THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!
