I am on hold with the retention department. My expected wait is 15-20 minutes. Am I the only one that thinks that is unreasonable?
Last night while chatting with one of the TWC representatives on a service chat, the representative accused me of using profanity which the chat log clearly indicates I did not. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she disconnected the chat. Totally unprofessional.
