Order confirmation pricing NOT honored & horrible Customer Service

I recently ordered cable, internet & phone service from Comcast, after seeing a great deal online. While hard to believe, the deal was a no service agreement required, 12 month price of $63 for the Comcast HD Preferred Plus XF Triple Play. I have a copy of my order confirmation, confirming this pricing, and the other one-time charges I was to expect on my first bill — a total of $108.26. One week 2 days after installation, I receive a bill in the mail for $194.85 (all one-time fees $139.99 for my bundled services. I have since spoken with 8 different Comcast representatives, none of which can help me or provide access to a supervisor or someone with the authority to make the pricing changes to my account. The last rep I spoke to told me "I don't care what your order confirmation states, we will not be giving you triple play for $63/month. We will offer you the $139.99 you have been billed, take it or leave it." I have been provided so many "excuses" as to why my Comcast bill does not reflect my order confirmation pricing. I went into a local store and was told "perhaps you filled out your order on a fake site and a scammer has your idenitity now" even though the document clearly has Comcast's web linking, and the so called scammer's confirmation # is the same as my account #. I was also told that perhaps there was a glitch in the system. Regardless, a customer should never be held accountable for a major corporation's "glitch." Long story short, I have NEVER in my life dealt with customer service as horrible as Comcast CS. I also find it pathetic that when CS is called and their system is down for hours at a time, not a single employee is able to tell me the company's fax number. I instead heard "it's on the computer and I can't get to it." Pathetic. I will never do business with Comcast again, and I will discourage everyone I know from doing business with this company.
