Laptop Overheating and Shutting Down Shortly After Purchase

I purchased my laptop 3 just week ago started over heating then shutdown I have proof of purchase CQF0 FWDdx I would like to either have laptop fixed at no charge or refund so I can purchase another one really upset about it only lasting two years.
