AC Unit installed incorrectly - now the company won't return my phone calls - AIR CONDITIONING

The Sears representative sat in my kitchen and sold me on the Sears Service. I was told that I wouldn't even have to pay for the new system until it passed inspection from my town. So, they installed the unit and the inspection failed. It's been two months and I can't get anyone to call me back but I've already started recieving bills and a late payment. I will never use Sears again.
