Ripoff heating and air conditioning not passing inspection

Its been over 5 months since they were first here to install a new heating and air system. It still will not pass inspection. Abear air conditioning will not return my calls and neither will the Tampa office. I have now tried the home office so lets see what they can do.

I have never had a problem with Sears or its affiliates and I've used them for many years... But its been over 5 months and the problem isn't fixed. I know that Abear is a subcontractor but if they are working for Sears then Sears should keep them inline.

I hope that they do not send the same company back ere. Does anyone know anything about the 90 day abandonment clause??
