I was supposed to have a package delivered and it would have been had I not decided to take a shower thinking my package would have come sooner. I got a Door Tag saying I missed them, I called the 800 number and the rep I talked to was kind of a jerk. They told me the nearest place to go to pick my package up after 6pm (which was fine) until I said where I'm from and it'd be half hour OR longer drive. Their response was "thats far?".
Not happy with the customer service because of that comment. When I first placed the order, I didn't want to go with FedEx because I've had problems before. I've had much better experiences with UPS. I only go with FedEx unless I have no other option. Plus, UPS is a lot closer to where I live. I'm not unsatisfied with their delivery method (although the having to sign for ALMOST everything is a pain especially because I left a note on the door), just unsatisfied with Customer Service.
