I purchased a block of business card scans from Cognicard and have about 90 scans remaining. Beginning on 9/20 I sent several cards to be scanned and have not recieved the scanned images. I have made numerous attemps to contact them through their email above with only an automated response that a representative would followup. Still no cards, no followup, no nothing! I believe they are out of business, but cannot find any indication one way or another.
