Internet fraud fraudulent use of credit card use

This company unbeknown to me show Three 10.00 charges on my debit card. I searched the web under skype.com and could only find info involving phone services. I could not find any type of phone number for contact with their customer service, I sent an email and this was returned as undelivable, I contacted my bank and spoke with the loss prevention to investigate the charges which they agreed to followup on. How they got my debit number is a mystry to me, I found some affliation of this company with PayPal and Ebay.

However speaking with PayPal in hopes of obtaining a phone# they informed me that although they work with the two companies they didn't have a number? I will followup with Ebay security and ask how they can do business with a company that fraudently obtains credit card info and bills a person with out any authorization of their products. Maybe the Better Business Bureau should followup or this company can be searched within the BBB web site.
