Otel.com
Useless and rude

Booked a hotel in London using Otel.com via Trip Advisor. Really good rates, but apparently they don't provide any kind of invoice or receipt that actually details the payment method used! Doesn't sound that serious, but this was a corporate booking on expenses and need the receipts as a record... Thanks Otel.com for being totally useless and making me look like an idiot at work! What kind of place doesn't give you a proper receipt with details of your card payment?!

Also, their customer service assistants are rude and take absolutely forever to make a simple booking over the phone. At one point when I was making the booking she actually said she needed to check whether the hotel was still available as she wasn't sure - fortunately it was, but she already had the credit card details at this point so I was a bit worried!

Avoid avoid avoid!!
