D. CAFFY wont provide paper work to verify how much i owe and has paid also refuse payments other than debit card

Was contacted by mr. D caffy i owe credit card debt. When i offered to make payments other then debit card i was refused. When asked to provide so type of paper work to verify how much i owe and how much i paid told to look on bank statments. Wont tell company name or get any kind of paper work. Very worried ibeen rip off
