Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

Bought my home a year ago. After first 2 months countrywide bought my mortgage. After 12 months the trouble starts.
Made my payments on time. They say they never received my november payment by check. No record at bank of being cashed so have to send them nov payment and dec with late fee just great.
Got new statement for jan 1. It says my monthly payment is now $823.67 a month instead of $708.36.30 year contract payment at 6 percent fixed rate va backed loan. Contacted them and they said writers of the original mortgage did not access property value insurance taxs correctly in the contract and they took the loss for last year. And this is my new payment for the new year.
B. S! Contacted the writers of the orignal mortgage before it was sold and told them they where slandered for this. Well guess, wait see what happens; country wide sucks.
Any body else had this happen.
