We went into do a DMV inquiry and intending to do paper work to renew drivers license. It asked for our credit card info which should have made us suspicious but beings the card came from the Neb DMV we were confident it was OK. We discovered that no paper work could be filed or taken care of and all that was involved was the purchase of a book. We thought we deleted all information but on our May Credit card billing there was a debit for 12.95 from your company for nothing we received. Need an explanation as to what went on.
