Hair in my food!

After along day of work being on my feet, I went to Asian Chao for dinner, the lady was rushing me to buy my food. So allowed someone else to go. I ordered mushroom chicken with lo mein. After paying for my food, I was very hungry and couldnt wait to eat. I sat down to enjoy my dinner, and half way through I saw a piece of hair. My feet was tired and so was I, I really didnt want to go up to them complaining. I went up there and told them the problem I found, he said, (thecashier) "So, what do you want!" I said i needed my money back please. He than handed me three dollars. I said, " I paid six." he complained to me saying, " You ate half, so you get half the money!" The manager came over and said I dont see no hair! I point to her and she argues wih me, "thats no hair, thats no hair!"I told her it aint pepper! I showed it to her on my fork and she said, "Wow, dont come back again." She handed me the other three dollars and walked away. I felt disrespected as a customer and embarrased in front of the whole line of people, like I was a trouble maker!!! If they dont know how to talk to people and have problem solving skills, than they shoulnt be working with customers. I KNOW my right as a customer and not ONCE were they trying to resolve my problem, be apologetic, and ensure my repeat of business. I will tell everyone I come incontact w / NOT TO EAT THERE!!
