Food and service - under cooked steak with hair in my potatoe

I am a regular at the Henderson, ky Applebees restaurant we went for dinner and waited for an hour and a half for our food. So ok I can overlook that but when I get my favorite meal well done steakwith shrimp and parm cheese baked potatoe with cheese and steamed broccli, my food had HAIR!!! In it. All the manager said is she will have a talk with the cook. What the hell!!! And I still ended up spending 50.00 on the bill with out my food. I came there because I was hungry not to wait to get my money back and go home hungry. I decided to go there and your manager did nothing to fix the situation. Believe me The job I have I have spread the word and will continue to make sure you lose business. Thanks for the f@#$%* up dinner. Thanks for undercooking my steak and over cooking my husbangs and great thanks to my side of hair in my food, nice touch Applebees!!!
