Very poor service

Group of 17 went to eat endless shrimp and I can say we only got very few shrimp and it was far in between. Our waitress was not only very rude but didn't care if we had water, ice, drink (with fiss) we keep telling them their drinks were flat and they would keep going to the same machine. When we could flag someone down to go get us a drink. We were there for 4 hours and only got shrimp 4 times and everyone didn't get shrimp some of those times. When we were leaving she came with our 5 order of shrimp. We asked for biscuits several times, got them 2 times. Have been here many times during the endless shirmp and always gotten good service with plenty of shrimp to eat. NOT tonight our waitress in which a guy was supposed to be helping her as she well informed us when we sat down was so hateful and rudest waitress I've meet. She knew she was getting her tip money because it was included in the bill. Which would have been fine if she was worth a crap. Very disappointed tonight. I sure didn't get my endless shrimp. The place was not even that busy, and that makes it even worse.
