Asian chao's awful customer service at beachwood mall!

Sept. 22
The mall was packed and I was tired and getting off work, I went to Asian Chao for dinner the lady was rushing me to order. I didnt think too much of it and allow another family to go ahead. I ordered mushroom chicken and lo mein, after recieving my food I sat down to eat, I was starving! About half way into my food I saw a short piece of black hair. I was very irritated, I didnt want to complain but I paid $6.00 for food I cant finish; I didnt even want it I was so upset. I went to the male cashier and showed him the hair and he was rude and said, "So what do you want me to do about it?" I said I want a refund. He than handed me three dollars, I said uhmm, no I paid six dollars. H argued with me saying half of it is gone! I replied, "If there wasnt hair in my food I would have been able eat the other half! The lady that was rude to me before came and said, I dont see no hair, we debated back and forth in font of a big line, I pointed the hair out and showed her and she said, "wow!"
In a sarcastic way making me feel stupid for even telling them. She gave me the other three dollars and told me not to come back! I felt totally disrespected and by me working in the mall I eat in the food court a lot. Now I dont even want to walk pass her!
