I went to Del Rancho Drive -in 50th and Mac. At 3:15 today pulled up to the window where I could watch them prepare the food, She took my order, sacked, packaged the food, used the phone all while stacking single unwrapped cheese, making a nice neat stack all with out gloves, bare hands phoneand back to my cheese. I cancelled my order I love Del Rancho but, people need to be watch and gloves and hairnets need to be used they answer phone handle orders and money hope they get some advise on how to handle our food won't be back for awhile. Not even sure they wash their hands. Thanks for you time on this matter. Jules
