Unsanitary Food Handling Observed - Unsanitary Food Handling

During a visit to a local McDonalds the manager proceeded to pickup the fries we ordered, covering them with her bare hand placing them on the tray after she had touched other utensils and nonfood items. When confronted I was told her hands were clean and I was not given a refund. She did not have name tag on. As I proceeded to throw my order away I observed this same manager wipe her face, nose and mouth area with her hand and proceed to handle other customers food in the same manner. At no time did she or any of the other managers or employees wash their hands prior to handling the food after handling money and other utensils.in fact, I did not see a sink in the area and no one was wearing protective gloves.
