I am disabled suffering with Cauda Equina Syndrome (Neuropathic pain). I booked a trip through Rail Europe to France and because of illness could not travel. R E were completely uninterested in my problem and referred to their T & Cs, no allowance made for a 67 years old man in pain. They are a disgrace.
