Pooltables.com Damaged side rails and unable to get BilliardEx to get the problem rectified

I purchased a BilliardEx table on May 30th. I paid for the white glove service, which included inspection services to be performed by the installer prior to installation. The table was installed on Friday, June 19 in the evening. I noticed that after the installer left that there were two cracks on rail number 1. I contacted the company and spoke with the warranty department and they requested that I take digital photos. I emailed them the photos of the damaged rail the following week. Two months later, August 18th to be excat, I received the replacement rail. After I received the rail, I tried numerous times to get BilliardEx to have an installer come out to replace the rail with with no success. Today, is September 4th and I had to contact my credit card company to issue a chargeback in order to get some response from the company.
The customer service and follow up is not very professional to say the least. Also, the quality of the product is questionable. The product looks much nicer on their website then it does in person.
Do not be blinded by the glitz..in the long you should pay a little more and buy from a local and reputable company.
