Charged to my Citibank debit card for a rail pass in Europe. Citibank refunded the money after I provided written statement. I don't know how my card information was stolen but maybe from a rental car agency in Los Angeles that made photocopies of my card and ID when I rented a car there. It was not one of the major car rental companies and people working there seemed really sketchy.
