Went to apply antirust at 9 am, and change rims on the winter tires in the trunk, i said clearly do not change the tires on the car. I went at 19,30 to pick up the car and i saw they changed the tires on the car, i got a heart attack i had to go to laval for appointmenti had to wait 20 minutes and i got late for my app, so i am asking for discount for making this problem. Asking free installment, 52 dollars
