I pay 9.99$ in insurance each month for my phone and my parents have been contracted with you for over 20 years! Today, I took my Iphone out of the case and realize the back of it was shattered and glass was falling everywhere. I called to get a replacement sent to me and they were going to make me pay a 159$ deductible. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! There are always extra fees being put on
our account. And multiple times now, a bill has been sent to my mom twice, even though she has already paid it! I have been treated horrible through customer service over and over again. If I wasn't sucked into a contract for another year and a half, then I would end it now. This is why people leave Verizon, you guys are a complete scandal and greedy!
