Optimum west insurance company conspired with john mickelson law corporation (whom is the law firm i retained to file suit on my behalf) to undermine and intimidate a sign-off on a personal injury suit that had been filed on my behalf by john mickelson law corporation. Thay used thugs to intimidate and forged statements and payout documents that were intended to decieve me into thinking that there was only a certain amount payed on my injury when there had been several thousand more. I was only given $23000 for a permanent injury that to this very day had not healed. These companys had also conspired with a corrupt surgen that had minimized the true extent of the injury and had also distorted the true nature of how the injury occured inorder to suport his faulse prognosis of the true extent of the injurys that i had sustained. Optimum west insurance company is the ultimate benifactor of these deceptions by their co-conspiritors.
