Injury Claim Denied

I had accident insurance policy since 2004 with Allstate if i miss 3 full days from work because of injury, i was intitled 1 month benefit. They denied my claim because i was being treated by a doctor for my injury, but i did'nt miss any time from work. I been off work about8 months now when i really need the money, and they denied my appeal. The main reason for me taking out a policy like this was in case something like this happened.
