Personal Injury Claim Unsettled Five Years After Accident

Five years after our accident my wife and I are still trying to settle with State Insurance regarding our accident on Dec. 17. We originally hired Randall XXXXXXXX. Whom told my wife that she should visit his chiropractor because she suffered a back injury.

After 6 months of intensive therapy, her back actually hurt worse. After our attorney tried for approx. 8 months to settle with State Farm Insurance, he then realized that State Insurance would not settle and then turned this case over to his colleague Glenn of Atlanta Ga. Which was supposed to be an expert in back injuries.

After filling out numerous forms and depositions for years with State Farm Insurance. Glenn sends us a letter telling us that because of the new personal injury laws in Georgia, we should re-negotiate this case.?

We hired a new attorney and are still waiting the results.
