Excessive Horn Blowing

I moved into my new home in Norwalk, CT at the end of June. Since turning off the AC and opening the windows I am shocked at the prolonged train horns most noticably starting around 9:30 P.M. And consistantly blowing at least hourly. I do not live near a trains station and believe this is occurring along the spur line that crosses over Perry Avenue. Help! This is unbearable.
