8:20 am fleetwood train to grand central constantly delayed and late!

I along with many many passengers are really getting frustrated and fed up with the 8:18 am train going from fleetwood train to grand central. We understand that delays and late trains are expected, we understand due to weather conditions trains will be delayed. However, this has been going on for way too long. The 820 train according to the schedule states that it should arrive in grand central 853. This train months ago would arrive in grand central on time and passengers were able to get to work by 9. However, now, the train arrives in grand central at 9:10-9:15. No announcements are made. Passengers are getting angry, frustrated, and do not deserve this considering the price we pay for our monthly commute.

We expect better service and we expect changes asap. Thank you.
