Excessive Horn Blowing Late at Nights

It is just unacceptable that we have been dealing with excessive horn blowing for at least the last year now. We live in Norwalk, CT. And do NOT live by a station. We own 2 homes here and we expect to actually be able to sleep most nights with no distruptions. We also have a 2 year old girl that wakes up due to the horn blowing around 2 or 3 am. Again, I have NO idea why this has been the case. Regardless, it is just NOT acceptable.

I have complained on the Metro North site a few times and they do not care and obviously, the situation still persists. I just do NOT understand why these conductors ride their horns for about 15 mins every time they go by at that time! It makes NO sense! Most people sleep at nights and have obligations during the day.
