Hundreds in Long Distance Charges on Unlimited Plan

To make a long and frustrating story short for my house number in a nutshell today was the 5th time I had to call in to complain about my bill

That's 5 bills

Seems every time I get a bill from them since I moved 5 months ago, the bill had charged me hundreds of dollars for a service that I am supposed to get for 45 bucks per month

Every time I call they say it'll be fixed and they credit the acct and then next bill comes and I have to go thru it again

The first bill was for $600 and they say that they put me into a long distance plan and not the unlimited plan but wouldn't take off the company callwave that charged me for a service I never used when today a rep reversed the charges

On top of 2 companies I told to cancel me because I havent used their service
