My complaint is the same as all the others. I ordered the BOGO deal and only received a partial order.
They don't answer their phones, nor do they answer their email.
I don't want a refund, I just want the stuff I have paid for. The least they could do is let me know what is going on - a little bit of communication goes a long way.
