I ordered the BOGO Nuwave PIC and ordered a set of pots extra. But the PIC was supposed to come with two pans and a pot for each PIC. I received partial packages of one PIC and the pot set and when I kept complaining they finally sent me the other PIC but no extra pans and pots that were supposed to come with the PICs. When I finally get a hold of someone by email they said I didn't specifically order them so I would have to pay extra for them.
