Ordered BOGO from Precision Induction Cooktop 1755 N butterfield Road Libertyville, IL 60048. Received one cooktop with a letter stating they apologize for the inconvenience but with the overwhelming success temporarily experiencing a supply shortage. However their shows have not lessened on the TV. You cannot contact them, automated phones at customer svc, do not return phone messages, their on-line chat is off-line.
