I ordered a Nuwave induction cooktop, carrying cases and grill which was a buy one get one free offer including an assortment of cookware for free. They shipped everything except the cookware for the two cooktops. I've tried since then to contact them by phone and email (facebook@hearthware.com) amoung several others. They neither answer any phone number nor reply to any messages or emails sent. I've seen many other complaints listed against this company for the same thing
