Lease Neglence (92.056), Threats

For six months the management at this place has repeatedly refused to fix any and all issues regarding work orders. From as little as dirty rugs to exploding electrical outlets and mold, A/C unit, leaks, pest, rodents in ceiling, light fixtures, kitchen appliances that pose hazards. They have failed to honor their end of lease agreement. I exhausted all appropriate remedies to have these issues resolved and yet nothing has been done to rectify them. I called upon City Code Enforcement and this complex was issued several citations in which they have ignored and then sent me a letter stating that citations were never issued. Well, I have copies of all citations issued on this matter. Then to add insult to injury, the management threatened my family and I with violence and sent their maintenance to make it a reminder. Also, they tried to refuse my rent and I have this on video. The Mayor's office issued a Code Enforcement Dangerous Premises Investigation on this property, and just recently I found out that we never had smoke detectors in our apartment, in fact no resident had smoke detectors. I have reached out and have been deceitfully ignored. I have all documents to prove this factual and have even made this known on the internet rating websites and youtube. So far this complex has not honored their end of lease agreement.
