Do not ever rent from this company or this person if you live in Oak Ridge, Tn or any other areas that this company owns property on. We moved into one of their apartments back in September and had to call code enforcement because of a leak in a pipe which had raw sewage on it. We were given permission to fix it and we did fix it. However, we had several other issues with this apartment such as our air conditioning unit not working for 3 weeks, our fireplace not working until we were given permission to fix it during the coldest part of winter and after we did fix it, we were told that the fireplace was not supposed to be used, yet our neighbors are using their fireplaces. We were told that we were in breach of our lease agreement for certain things that are not stated anywhere in the lease agreement. And now because code enforcement came out to our apartment and the landlord is having to fix stuff in the building, we are being evicted because the landlord is mad at us for calling code enforcement. She wrote a letter of "Notice to lease Termination" to us and put a whole bunch of stuff in the letter that we were in breach of, that is not even on our lease agreement.in addition to that, I have had personal property that was damaged due to the lack of maintenance on the building and negligence on their part. I have reported this company to the BBB, the City of Oak Ridge, and Legal Aid. These people are not to be trusted. They will tell you that the office management makes the decisions, yet the business is run directly out of this woman's home. Her name is Paula Trujillo and the name of her company is PRMT, Inc. Tell everyone you know to never rent from her, or do any business with her.
