Summer Palms Apt's aka: Dominum Management
Ripoff victimized many consumers

This is to inform all consumers of the conditions that exsist at the apartment complex listed above. There is violence and the complex is littered with beer bottles and many other dangerous items. The management is rude and does not care about the conditions and have made threats to many of the residents.
They have been cited several times by code enforcement and other agencies.

The maintiance man has been caught going into apt's and looking thru dresser drawers in the bedrooms and has been seen peeping into windows at night and also telling tenants that he would fix the repairs if they would date him.

The apt's charge for a background check, but there are convicted felons living in here and drug deals are taking place all of the time and people drink in the open day and night.

The apt's are infested with roaches, ants, spiders and nats.
Keep in mind that the management Paula Koch and Gladys Estrada refuses to do anything about this.

They also make it a habit to give everyone and eviction notice each month because they don't keep the records. On the lease it says one amount and they have uped it by $30 dollars each month But on the lease and reciepts it says a lower amount. I guess someone gets a bonus.

I have seen the management and maintance drinking while working.
And I could go on and on about this place, but I dont have time.

If you are looking for an apt dont go there, it is the worst I have seen and I can't wait to move out. Please tell a friend and make everyone aware of this place
