Comcast was working on the pole behind my sister's house late yesterday, to do an install for the business opposite the pole.in the process they disconnected my sister's cable/internet service. When my sister called to try and get this fixed, she was told they would schedule a service call for _5 days_ from now. (For a problem Comcast's installer clearly created. She can see by looking at the pole/wire.) "Expedited" service for this apparently means they _might_ move her up the queue, but only if there is a cancellation ahead of her! Promises to call back in "30 minutes" have been unmet for 19 hours...
